What it returns

• policies[] — intents + problems[] with button resolution ops
• taxoView — drillable RedOwl codes + English + allow/deny + period
• sources[] — original Interpret text + Reevaluate amendments

What it is not

• Not Policy.Core persistence (client owns save)
• Not the card-controls compiler / Mastercard rails (next level)
• Not a mount of RedOwl.io.DOCS — taxo + prompt are embedded at publish
